The market is outdoors. There are two vendor space options, each vendor must provide their own table, chair, tent (if applicable) and displays. All vendor spaces will be spread out throughout Hess Village, with some being on patios, others lining the sidewalk etc. The market will be curated and designed in a way to encourage shoppers to explore all of the Village trying new restaurants and shopping vendors throughout.

SUNDAY tent space - this space will fit a 10x10 tent ($150.00)

BOTH 6ft table space ($250.00)

BOTH tent space - this space will fit a 10x10 tent ($285.00)

Vendor Space Options *

This does include any/all paperwork that the City of Hamilton requires Please note: These guidelines are ever changing. We appreciate your patience and flexibility as we do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable event for all. We will only be accepting pre-packaged food for this event.

Information *

I understand that to help make this event as successful as it can be, it is part of my responsibility to help promote the market and that I am a vendor, leading up to the event. Fail to do so, could prevent participation in further events. I also understand that the purpose of these events is for networking, interacting with our community, promoting your brand and to have fun! I understand that the host is not responsible for the number of guests who attend, however they will always do their absolute best in promoting all events in a timely manner using different advertising mediums.

Set Up & Take Down *

I understand that I am responsible for the set up and take down of my own space, including disposal of garbage and abiding by all venue rules. Further intstructions will be sent prior to the event.

Reschedule / Cancel *

I understand that Side Hustle Events and the venue (Hess Village) have the right to reschedule, or cancel this market due to an unprecedented situation or act of God which would make this market unable to run. This event is RAIN OR SHINE, however if there are weather warning that will jeopardize products or safety the event that day will be cancelled or postponed.

If the market is unable to run due to weather, or any other reason stated above, a credit will be issued and can be used towards any future 2025 market.

Please note, you must agree to the following to participate: 1) I will agree to treat all guests, vendors and hosts with respect leading up to and during the event. 2) I understand that any slander will terminate my presence at the market and potentially any future events without credit or refund 3) I understand that if I do not attend the event or cancel, I forfeit my fee. 4) I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable and a credit will be given subject to review by organizer. 5) I understand that I am not permitted to leave the market early, unless given approval by the organizer (unless illness or emergency) 6) I understand that The Side Hustle Events and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods/items. 7) I am allowing organizers to use any images/logos for advertisements for the event and any future events
