Vendor Space options

The market takes place both indoors and outdoors in their beer garden. There are three vendor space options. There is very limited outdoor tent space (vendor must provide their own tent). The additional outdoor spaces are under the patio pergola providing shade and can fit one 6ft table. Indoors all vendor spaces are limited to one 6ft table. Please keep in mind that indoor spaces still will be slightly impacted by outside temperature considering doors tend to be propped open or a constant flow of shoppers opening and closing them. The live music will also be indoors, however we are limiting all performances to acoustic sets.

Indoor - 6ft table space ($150)

Outdoor - 6ft table space under patio pergola ($130)

Outdoor - 10ft x 10ft tent space ($160) - vendor to provide own tent

Vendor Space *

The vendor space size that has been selected and accepted for must be adhered to, out of respect for neighboring vendors. Each vendor must provide their own table, chair(s) and tent (if tented space is selected)

The vendor fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email. I understand that my vendor fee is non-refundable

Information *

I understand that to help make this event as successful as it can be, it is part of my responsibility to help promote the market and that I am a vendor, leading up to the event. Fail to do so, could prevent participation in further events. I also understand that the purpose of these events is for networking, interacting with our community, promoting your brand and to have fun! I understand that the host is not responsible for the number of guests who attend, however they will always do their absolute best in promoting all events in a timely manner using different advertising mediums.

Set Up & Take Down *

I understand that I am responsible for the set up and take down of my own space, including disposal of garbage and abiding by all venue rules

Reschedule / Cancel *

I understand that Side Hustle Events and the venue (Collective Arts Brewery) or partner Hamilton Chamber of Commerce have the right to reschedule, or cancel this market due to an unprecedented situation, Covid-19 regulations or act of God which would make this market unable to run

Market Credit *

If the market is unable to run due to weather, or any other reason stated above, a credit will be issued and can be used towards any future 2025 market. No refunds will be availabe.

Agreement *

Please note, you must agree to the following to participate: 1) I will agree to treat all guests, vendors and hosts with respect leading up to and during the event. 2) I understand that any slander will terminate my presence at the market and potentially any future events without credit or refund 3) I understand that if I do not attend the event or cancel, I forfeit my fee. 4) I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable and a credit will be given subject to review by organizer. 5) I understand that I am not permitted to leave the market early, unless given approval by the organizer (unless illness or emergency) 6) I understand that The Side Hustle Events and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods/items. 7) I am allowing organizers to use any images/logos for advertisements for the event and any future events
